FORMULA RESIDENCE: Stays: Free in periods in (A-B-C-D-I-L), Saturday / Sunday in the remaining periods.
Type A2: Studio 2 people: living room, kitchenette, double bed, bathroom.
Type B2 +1: Studio 3 people: living room, kitchenette, double bed + single sofa bed, bathroom.
Type C2 +2: Studio 4 people: living room, kitchenette, double bed + 2 single sofa beds, bathroom.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Stays: start at h.17 of arrival day, end at h.10 am of departure day
Deposit: € 103 returnable on departure, for departures before h.7 am sent by mail
RESIDENCE REQUIRED EXTRA TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
Studio weekly forfait: light, water, gas € 31
Final cleaning: € 40 for each apartment, excluding kitchenette, otherwise will be charged an extra of € 20
Weekly extra "Every Comfort": Tv, direct telephone, towels and bed linen (weekly change) € 16 per person
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Sea view with terrace: € 10 per apartment per day
Midweek cleaning: € 20 excluding cooker
