The Residence Hotel "Rosa dei Venti" is located in "Lu Bagnu", 3 Km far from Castelsardo, an evocative medieval village in the centre of the "Asinara" gulf. The village was called " Castel Genovese" throughout the Dorian domination ( 12th century), and then "Castel Aragonese" when it was conquered by the Aragonese (15th century), and at the end "Castelsardo". The village is rich of monuments evocating its many historical events: the castle, the "Sant'Antonio Abate" cathedral, the Franciscan "Santa Maria delle Grazie" church, the City hall and the most famous Domus de Janas "The Rock of the Elephant".
